Tech Lead at Real Seguro Viagem and AI researcher at UFRN. I build production software and study how language models, agents and computer vision can help with clinical and seismic data.

About

I lead the development team at Real Seguro Viagem and research artificial intelligence at UFRN. Each side feeds the other: I bring the discipline of shipping production software into research, and I bring what I learn about AI back into the product.

I joined Real Seguro Viagem as an intern in 2021 and have been Tech Lead since 2024. I lead the engineering team and the technical side of the company's products, from architecture to production.

At UFRN I am a researcher at the Model2AI Lab (DCA), in an R&D project with Petrobras. I work with LLMs, AI agents and computer vision, applied to healthcare and geophysics. I am a computer engineer and an M.Sc. student in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
